Terms of Service

Fairway Connect is a social app that helps golfers find playing partners and instructors near them. Fairway Connect is operated by Owen Blount, based in Virginia.

When you meet other users in person, you are responsible for your own safety. Use good judgment, meet in public places, and tell someone where you're going.

Fairway Connect does not run background checks on users. We are not responsible for the conduct of users, or for any interactions, injuries, or disputes between users — on or off the course.

Instructors on Fairway Connect are independent individuals, not employees of Fairway Connect. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any lesson.

Any payment arrangement or dispute between a student and an instructor is strictly between those two people. Fairway Connect is not a party to it.

When using Fairway Connect, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or bully other users
• Create fake profiles or impersonate anyone else
• Send spam or unwanted promotional messages
• Send inappropriate messages or photos

We can suspend or remove any account that breaks these rules, at our discretion.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, messages, and associated data.

Fairway Connect is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. We do not promise the service will always be available or error-free.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a major change, we'll notify users through the app. Continuing to use Fairway Connect after a change means you accept the updated terms.
