To run Fairway Connect, we collect and store:

• Your name and email address
• Your age and handicap
• Your city and approximate location
• Your availability and playing style preferences
• Your profile photo and course photos you upload
• Messages you exchange with other users
• Your instructor rate and bio, if you offer lessons

We use your data to show you nearby golfers and instructors, to let you message and connect with them, and to improve the app.

Your location is used to calculate distance so other users can find you nearby. Other users only ever see an approximate distance and your city — never your exact location or coordinates.

Messages are private between the users involved. We don't read them except where necessary to run the service, enforce our rules, or comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We use a small number of third-party services to run the app — hosting, database, and authentication providers. These services may process your data on our behalf in order to operate Fairway Connect.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings (Settings → Profile → Delete account). Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, photos, messages, and connection history.
